our summer bucket list 2014

i am learning that it's not the breadth but the depth of our lives that truly matter.  throughout the hot summer months this little clan of mine is choosing to fill our days deliberately.  we are eager to see and do a few simple, summery things.  above all, start our roots in our new home.  beyond that, not much.  spit watermelon seeds here and there and get dirty in our garden are among a few of them.  our list this year is short but sweet.  we are just so elated that summer is here.

- share a meal with friends under the starts in our new backyard
- drive in movie date
- visit the omaha zoo
- spend a day getting dirty in our garden
- camp in our backyard
- pick fruit at a local orchard
- go fishing at deanna rose
- picnic somewhere new
- date night around our chiminea with a nice bottle of wine
- start doing yoga again while the babes nap
- can goodies from our garden
- run through a sprinkler with stella
- host a taco themed dinner party
- make more homemade products from my essential oils
- family snow cone date
- share an ice cream cone with my girl
- craft outdoors with stella
- spit watermelon seeds on our porch
