we're traveling to...

in one, ohmygoodness, ONE day we are headed to jamaica!  this tired teacher is ready to bring on the umbrella-clad rum cocktails and ocean breeze for a few days.  february is notorious for being over-the-top stressful on both teachers and students, so i am ready to escape for a bit and stick my freshly painted toes in the white sand.  

we are headed to the tropics because andrew's sister is getting married and the whole family is going to be there to celebrate.  a quite confident stella is in the wedding, too.  she sure knows how to rock her flower girl dress, let me tell you.  

both andrew and i are super giddy about this trip because this will be our first adventure abroad as a little family of three.  we are entirely thrilled about the whole thing.  there are so many firsts to be had on our trip and we cannot wait to experience them.  this will be the first time stella dips her piggies in the ocean...the first time she will get a stamp in her passport...the first time we will experience what flying is like with a toddler (this scares us a bit)...and the first time we will get to know the reggae land of jamaica.

montego bay will be our home for a few days and the beach huts lining the turquoise water our beloved sanctuary.  i am pretty sure that we will never want to leave.  you can follow our adventures on instagram while we are away!
