it was one of those days where only stella's gummy smile, andrew's laughter, leon's loyal affection, and a bowl of mashed avocados can make better. every now and then, i need these little things to sweep me off my feet and bring me back to reality. i feel like it is easy, especially in these dark winter months, to get stuck in a rut every now and then.
i must admit, i'm a sucker for the sun. while the sky is grey and the early hours of darkness continue to loom,
this is my sunshine...
stella means "bright star" in greek, and she far surpasses the meaning of her name by illuminating our lives with lots of love.
Amen to this! Sounds like we had the same kind of day. Feeling thankful for these little rays of sunshine we get to pick up at the end of each day.

Thanks Ashley :) Hmm arranged marriage...not so much a fan. But I supposed if it is a part of a culture I respect the aspect of tradition. Good question! Are you doing a lesson over it?
