this summer we got our family photos taken at andrew's parents' 40th anniversary shabang here in kansas city. it was our first time getting together as one big family and it was so very special. miss stella finally got to play with her two favorite cousins, charlie and caleb, while us old folks had a ball catching up with one another. time spent gathered around talking, eating, sipping, and laughing is like christmas. it's creates those perfect moments that we will talk about years down the road. because, after all, family is the best thing in the world, you know. here's a peek into our little photo shoot at our favorite spot, the loose park rose garden!
