yesterday afternoon was dedicated to walnut collecting by a certain little lady sporting an adorable set of piggy tails. with her satchel securely fastened to her arm, she walked the playground with her papa picking up the most beautiful walnuts she could find. there were far to many gems to leave on the hardening ground, you see. all the other kids at the park found the swings and slides to be quite entertaining, but not for this little turkey. back and forth she walked, staining those chubby fingers of hers with the moist goodies she eagerly placed in her pouch for her mama to bake later on. it was on of those moments that her parents will fondly look back on, with a bold grin from ear to ear, because their little girl can find joy in the most simple tasks, and for that they are thankful.
